Why is my alert not showing up on stream?

1. Alert is not showing
If you clicked "Send Test Alert" on the dashboard but nothing appeared in OBS, try these fixes in order:
Solution A: Refresh the Cache (Most Common Fix)
Sometimes OBS loads an old version of the page. Force it to reload.
- Double-click your Browser Source in OBS.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the properties window.
- Click the button "Refresh cache of current page".
- Try sending a test alert again.
Solution B: Check Layer Order
Your alert might be hidden behind your game or camera. In the Sources list, drag the "SupportKori Alert" source to the very TOP of the list.
2. I can't hear the alert sound
You see the animation, but hear no sound? This is an OBS audio monitoring setting.
How to fix audio monitoring:
- Right-click inside the Audio Mixer area in OBS.
- Select Advanced Audio Properties.
- Find your "SupportKori Alert" source.
- Change "Audio Monitoring" to Monitor and Output.
Note: If "Monitor Off" is selected, only your viewers will hear it, not you.
3. Alert is too big or small
If the alert looks pixelated or tiny, check your dimensions.
- We recommend a Width of 600 and Height of 600 in the OBS source properties.
- Do not resize by dragging the corners too much, as this can blur the text. Change the CSS Width/Height instead.
4. I reset my key, now it's gone
If you clicked the red "Reset Key" button on your SupportKori dashboard, your old URL stopped working immediately.
You must copy the NEW URL from your dashboard and replace the old one in OBS. The old link will show a blank screen forever.
